Ceramic measurement cells for filling technology
Measurement cells for filling technology
The Cermet electrode is unique and patented. It is a compound made of FRIALIT FZM ceramic and platinum and is used in magnetically inductive flow meters (MID). Tested in accordance with pressure equipment directives with a tenfold nominal pressure safety it enables high-performance ceramic components to be easily used under challenging conditions and makes it possible to achieve accurate and precise filling of any type of container.
Filling level measurements in storage tanks are performed by means of electrode carriers made of FRIALIT FZM. Combined with the Cermet electrode, they are invincible partners when it comes to flexible filling measurements. Floating bodies made of FRIALIT F99.7 controls an even flow of highly aggressive materials. Non-magnetic and highly resistant to corrosion, ceramic materials is very well suited for numerous applications.
